Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the DJ MAP service ("Service"), including the mobile application and website djmap.app, provided by DJ MAP ("Company", "we", "us").

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

DJ MAP provides DJs and music professionals with access to a database of venues (nightclubs, bars, rooftop bars, beach clubs) and music services across Asian countries, including contact information for venue representatives.

3. Registration and Account

Using the Service requires creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all actions performed under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to update it promptly when changes occur.

4. Subscription and Payment

Full access to the Service is provided on the basis of a paid annual subscription. The following plans are available:

• One City — $50 per year. Access to venues in one selected city.
• One Country — $100 per year. Access to venues in all cities of one selected country.
• All Countries — $200 per year. Full access to all venues in 9 Asian countries.

Payments are processed through Paddle. All transactions are handled by Paddle in accordance with their terms of service. The Company does not store your payment card details.

The subscription renews automatically each year until cancelled.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account or by contacting support at evgeny.sound@gmail.com.

After cancellation, access to the Service remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, except in cases of technical failure of the Service caused by the Company.

Refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis within 5 business days.

6. Usage Rules

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use contact details exclusively for professional purposes related to DJ activities
• Not transfer, sell or distribute contact details from the database to third parties
• Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Not copy, reproduce or distribute database content

Violation of these rules results in immediate termination of access to the Service without a refund.

7. Data Accuracy

The Company makes every effort to keep the database up to date. However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness or timeliness of all contact information. Contact details may change without prior notice.

The Company is not responsible for the outcome of negotiations with venues and does not act as a booking intermediary.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials in the Service, including the database, design, logos and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Company is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Service
• Temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance
• Actions of third parties whose contacts appear in the database
• Data loss resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's control

10. Privacy

The use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. All disputes shall be resolved in courts at the Company's place of registration.
