Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access the contacts?
After subscribing, the "Contacts" button is unlocked on each venue page in the DJ MAP mobile app. You can see names, roles and all messenger contacts.
Can I change my country after subscribing?
For the "One City" plan — city changes are available once per month via support. For the "One Country" plan — country changes are available at the next renewal.
How often is the database updated?
The database is updated regularly. New venues are added weekly, contact details are verified monthly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel via your Paddle account (link sent to your email after payment) or by contacting support at evgeny.sound@gmail.com. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express — cards from anywhere in the world. Payments are processed through Paddle, an international digital products payment service.
