We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.

1. Who We Are

DJ MAP ("Company", "we", "us") is a service for DJs providing access to a database of venues and contacts across Asian countries. Website: djmap.app. For privacy inquiries: evgeny.sound@gmail.com.

2. What Data We Collect

What we do NOT collect: bank card details (processed exclusively by Paddle), identity documents, geolocation.

3. How We Use Your Data

Providing the Service — creating and managing your account, granting subscription access
Communication — sending receipts, renewal notifications, responding to support requests
Product improvement — analyzing usage to improve functionality (in aggregate form)
Security — fraud prevention and unauthorized access prevention

We do not use your data for targeted advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We share minimal necessary data only with the following partners:

Paddle (paddle.com) — payment processing. They receive: email, country. Paddle is an independent data controller and processes data according to their own privacy policy.

Hosting provider — storage of application data on secure servers.

We may disclose data as required by law or court order.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use a minimal number of cookies:

Essential — to maintain your login session (the Service cannot function without these)
Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (without personal identification)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers using encryption. Passwords are stored exclusively as hashes — we cannot recover them.

We retain your account data while it is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except financial records (retained for 7 years as required by law).

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of your personal data
Correction — update inaccurate data in your account settings
Deletion — request deletion of your account and related data
Restriction — restrict the processing of your data
Portability — receive your data in machine-readable format

8. Minors

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data, please contact evgeny.sound@gmail.com.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. We ensure an adequate level of protection for any data transfer.

10. Changes to This Policy

For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
